I was really hoping this would be super soft, but right out of the package it felt kind of rough to me, haha. Not terrible, just not what I had in mind.
I washed it thinking maybe it would soften up a bit, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. I still wouldn’t really want it against my baby’s skin for too long.

Maybe it works fine for other people, but softness was the main thing I cared about, and this just didn’t do it for me. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just sooo weird and way too tight. Idk what happened with the sizing, but it definitely didn’t work for us.

Umm, the delivery was late twice, so that was frustrating. Not the best experience overall.

This changing mat is alright overall. It does the job for quick diaper changes, but it tends to bunch up a little while using it. It also takes longer to dry than I thought it would, which might just be because of the material, though I’m not totally sure. Not a bad mat, just not as convenient as I was hoping.

I’ve been using my Lil Helper stuff for a few months now and it’s held up well. There’s something about it that just feels sturdy, even after a bunch of washes. A couple stains didn’t come out completely, but nothing has ripped, stretched out, or gotten weird, so I’m happy with it.

I really wanted this to be one of those things I could use for a bunch of different situations, but it ended up being more limited than I expected. I kept having to grab something else anyway, which was kind of disappointing. It’s not bad quality, and I guess it does what it’s meant to do, but I had to accept it just isn’t useful enough for how I was hoping to use it.

I found the site hard to use. It wasn’t clear where I was supposed to click or how to find what I needed, and I ended up wasting more time than expected just waiting around and trying to figure things out. it got frustrating quickly.

These diapers do feel really soft, and they didn’t leak much for us, so I wanted to like them. But after a few uses, my baby started getting red and irritated. Maybe it’s just sensitive skin, but it did make me wonder if they’re focusing more on making them feel nice than on what’s actually touching the baby’s skin. We ended up switching back to our usual brand.

I was hoping this would feel a bit more environmentally friendly, but there was a lot of plastic packaging — more than I expected. It just felt kind of wasteful to me, especially for something I thought would be a greener choice.

I tried the subscription, but it just didn’t feel worth the cost for what I got out of it. Maybe I expected more, but I was disappointed overall. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I’m giving 1 star because dealing with customer service was really frustrating. I only had a simple question about my order, but it took way too long to get any kind of useful response.
When someone finally got back to me, it didn’t feel like they had actually read what I wrote. I had to repeat myself, and the replies came across kind of condescending, like I was the one not understanding. Maybe the products are fine, but the support experience really put me off.

I really wanted these to work for us, but they just didn’t hold up well. My baby was soaking through them faster than with other diapers, even when I was changing often.
We tried different inserts and played around with the fit, but we still ended up with damp clothes and sheets. They might be okay for lighter wetters, but for us it just meant extra laundry and stress. I wouldn’t buy them again

I picked up a few things from lilhelper.ca while we were in the middle of potty training our toddler, they helped more than I expected. The pads definitely saved our couch a couple times, which felt like a tiny miracle in itself. They were easy to wash too, so I didn’t feel like I was adding a ton more work. Were they perfect? No, we still had the odd leak here and there. But overall, they made that whole messy, unpredictable stage feel a lot more manageable. Then again, potty training is basically a hostage situation with snacks.

I found the site really messy and confusing. There were so many colors and patterns going on that I didn’t know where to look first?! I was just trying to find basic info, but it felt way harder than it should’ve been, so I gave up quickly.

I tried to exchange my order it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the return instructions were confusing, and I kept thinking, make it make sense. I just wanted a simple exchange, but it turned into a whole headache. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I really wanted these bibs to work out, but they just weren’t as practical as I hoped. The fit was fine enough, but food and drool still managed to soak through more than I’d expect from something meant to protect clothes.
After a few washes, they already started looking worn out, which was disappointing. They’re not terrible, but for the price, I think it’s reasonable to expect them to hold up better.

I mostly trust them. The community feels nice. Friendly vibe. Still not 100% sure yet, but so far it seems decent.

I do like the stuff I ordered from Lil Helper overall, but the drying time is a little more than I was hoping for. After a wash, the inserts are still kinda damp even when the rest of my laundry is totally done, so I usually end up running them longer or just hanging them overnight.

It’s not a deal breaker or anything, just a bit annoyinggg if you’re trying to have them ready quickly. The quality seems good and they wash fine, but I really expected them to dry a little better.
